Kirsty began to deepen her practice with yoga during the 2020 lockdown period, when she felt her own anxiety, chronic pain and fatigue needed her to listen to, and nourish her body in different ways. A qualified psychotherapist, Kirsty believes deeply in the connection between our minds, our emotions and our body, and her practices are rooted in connection with self and accepting ourselves as we show up on the mat.
Kirsty completed her 200-Hour YTT in Hatha and Vinyasa, and loves to incorporate the various aspects of yoga in her classes, including pranayama, meditation and asana. She believes that yoga is much more than creating ideal postures on the mat, and aspires to make her classes a safe and nurturing environment.

Nav honours the roots of yoga and teaches with intention. Her practices are less about the “perfect” shape and more about the experience of moving and breathing in a way that feels right for the body. Trained in traditional Hatha and expanded into Vinyasa, she infuses her classes with the gentle healing energy of Reiki. Growing up Hindu, the philosophy and practices of yoga have been part of her life from a young age, shaping her values and inspiring her desire to teach.
